• Identify delivery partner (DP) concerns and troubleshoot issues
• Communicate clearly and professionally at all times
• Manage sensitive cases by escalating through the proper matrix
• Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements

Basic Qualifications :

• Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong comprehension and ability to understand customer issues clearly
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Familiarity with MS Outlook, MS Word, and internet browsers
• Excellent typing skills and proficiency with email applications
