Roles & Responsibilities :

• This is a premium Voice process for the enterprise business of a telecom partner (Customer Service)
• Candidates with relevant experience (Chat/Voice customer service experience) will be preferred
• Candidates must be flexible to work in any shift (Rotational)
• Working days: 6 days a week
• Candidates should be okay with Rotational Offs, self-travel, and shifts where Sunday may not be a fixed weekly off

Shift Details :

• 6 Days Working with 1 Week Rotational Off
• 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Both Male & Female candidates can apply)
