• Handle PhonePe account and transaction-related customer queries
• Work across both phone and data/chat channels
• Follow specified process guidelines to ensure resolution
• Build customer trust through every interaction
• Meet hourly and daily productivity goals
• Escalate issues appropriately with support from relevant teams
• Recommend process improvements
• Educate customers to help them make the most of PhonePe
